Common questions
Account & sign-in
You can sign up with email or with Google. If you can't sign in, try resetting your password from the login page, and make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. To update your profile or email preferences, open your profile settings while signed in.
Creating a demo
Submit a URL and InstaDemo crawls the site, generates a narrated walkthrough, and renders a video. You can review and edit the narration before the final video is produced. Generation time depends on the number of pages and current queue load; paid plans use a priority queue.
Plans & billing
InstaDemo offers a free tier and a Pro plan, plus optional top-up packs. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See the pricing page for current details.
Video quality, watermark & storage
Free demos are 480p with a watermark and are stored for a limited time. Pro demos are 1080p with no watermark and permanent storage. If a demo has expired, generate it again or upgrade to keep your videos.
InstaDemo Studio (editor)
Pro members can polish videos in InstaDemo Studio — trim, add text, music, and AI voice-over, then export. The editor runs in your browser. If assets don't load, hard-refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R) and make sure you're on a recent version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.
Troubleshooting tips
- A demo failed? Your demo is refunded automatically — you can try again.
- Page not loading correctly? Hard-refresh, then clear cache if it persists.
- Not receiving our emails? Check spam, and add [email protected] to your contacts.
